Store your boat dry and shaded on racks or trestles wherever possible — UV rays and heat are not its friends.
Avoid storing your boat wet or in a wet / damp cover, especially in warm conditions.
Clean your boat thoroughly with fresh water after each use, paying particular attention to all metal parts.
Wipe your boat dry afterwards.
Make sure no sand gets into the open bailer when landing. If it does, rinse it thoroughly before closing. We recommend stowing the boat with the bailer closed — a carelessly lifted boat can easily damage an open bailer. Depending on wear and tear, plan to replace the bailer seal every 1–2 years.
