Care Guide

  • Store your boat dry and shaded on racks or trestles wherever possible — UV rays and heat are not its friends.
  • Avoid storing your boat wet or in a wet / damp cover, especially in warm conditions.
  • Clean your boat thoroughly with fresh water after each use, paying particular attention to all metal parts.
  • Wipe your boat dry afterwards.
  • Make sure no sand gets into the open bailer when landing. If it does, rinse it thoroughly before closing. We recommend stowing the boat with the bailer closed — a carelessly lifted boat can easily damage an open bailer. Depending on wear and tear, plan to replace the bailer seal every 1–2 years.
